Naarii..women seen as a strange in indian society ........

But is these rights really work in reality? Or they are only on a written paper? We see today, safety of women in India is widely discussed everywhere. And now it's high time, it has become a serious problem. Women are not safe either at home or outside. There are laws, but there must be educate security measures that must be strictly followed to protect against violence against women. See violence and discrimination threaten women's life and prevent them from participating in any social activity

Like, despite these laws, women are still facing discrimination and violence in almost all their phases of life, be it their home, offices, workplace and any other place. According to me, the main problem is with the implementation of laws. Unless we take strict actions to properly implement the law, the laws are useless for women. Lastly, I would like to ask a question that how you think we should contribute to work on the quality of women as a citizen. Thank you

I think what I want that a day came where there is no discrimination, there is no violence not only women against not only women, but any other human being. So basically I want to change the thought what people have created in their mind about a woman. So what do you all think? How to change that thought, what things we should do so please tell that what things we should do to change the mindset of people it's not only about women, but it can be anything else

If, when sick at home women even leave their careers after giving births, they are expected to do jobs like that of a teacher and is never accepted as a boss by male employees. There are cases to see where married women leaving their jobs just because they were promoted to a post higher than their husbands in the same company. These dilemmas are only faced by the females. Females, as we know, comprises half of the world's population today, and society should understand that importance by now
