Meditation 🧘‍♀️

And then, yeah, it's not something that I'm doing for the first time, but I usually like to do, but then I couldn't do I mean, I couldn't keep up with it. So today after starting my new day with meditation, it really helps me to think that how effective it was. And also it just gives me the reimbursement of energy to how to align yourself reflections into something that you exercise, things that is unpleasant

Hi Tashi. How are you? Great to know you're doing meditation. I hope I can start it too. I recently started going back and taking care of my body and exercising, but meditation has not been done yet, and I hope I'm looking forward to meditate

Hi, Nimisha. Thank you. I'm good. Yes. Lately I found meditation is very effective, especially when you start your day with meditation. For me, it's just helped me avoid from distractions and be more focused. And I'm really happy that we do have a common goal to do more meditation. So I'm looking forward to it. Fighting

Hey Tashi, I totally agree with you. Meditation is very helpful and I feel the same way as you feel while meditation. Sometimes meditation gives me peace and sometimes I couldn't able to focus and concentrate while doing meditation and I totally agree that we should always do meditation and my thoughts are the same as like your thoughts.
