You just Preheat the oven to 400 and you mix one part honey, one part mustard and you crush pecans and add it together and you kind of top the salmon with it. And then you put in the oven for 20 minutes and it comes out and it is so good. So it's an interesting one. And I would love to hear your nutritious and delicious recipes

And because it's all these different flavors, it doesn't have a lot of the other vegetables. It's just basically lettuce and nuts and seeds. It's a real crunchy experience and very satisfying and very healthy. So I'm that's my contribution. I can't wait to hear others. Thanks

I'm always looking for new, healthy recipes, particularly ones that would be marked easy and injury free. So one that is my all time favorite and changed my life when friend brought this to a potluck. It's just a really simple kale salad, so you can just get a bunch of kale, whether you get it pre washed or buy it in a bunch at the store. And all you have to do is take about maybe a tablespoon or two of olive oil

So everyone told me as a resident that you won't have enough time to Cook and you'll need to go to the cafeteria to give you a prepaid amount every quarter to use on the cafeteria military when you're on call. And it's really just unfortunately not healthful food. So the instant pot got me through all the residency, barely ever having a resort to the cafeteria. And I would just do lentils and beans and just throwing some vegetables. And there's no magic whatsoever to it

First, after eating kale chips for obvious reasons there. And then I just wanted to mention one thing that I'm probably going to be more of a listener. I'm always on the go. I don't always prepare meals the way that I should. And I'm looking for new ideas, especially fast ideas. And through this whole pandemic, the thing that I kind of lost a lot of is going to the whole food salad bar or the hot bar that they have, and that's gone

Hi. I really like this thread as I am somebody who loves to Cook, and I'm always searching for good, healthy recipes that are easy to do. So two websites come out. Stand out out to me. One is called Cookie and Kate. That's a single Midwestern girl. I love her recipes. And then the other one is called a Couple Cooks, and they're out of Washington, DC

Hey Bruce, thanks so much for those websites. I'm going to link them here in the description, so I hope they both fit in the description. If not, I could teach you how to do it in your description as well. You just go to the preview, then it opens up a dialog box to add a description to your swell and you could link those URLs. Let me try that now. Thanks
Hi. I'd like to share a recipe of a soup that I make using broccoli. So what I do is saute a couple of pods of garlic in olive oil with some pepper, either black pepper or green pepper. Whatever is handy. You could also use a small dollop of homemade butter, if that's available just for the flavor. And then I add florets of broccoli into it and add a little bit of water. And I prefer to pressure Cook it for about ten minutes

Okay. Favorite recipe. Allison Roman Spiced Chickpea Stew from The New York Times. This recipe went viral a couple of years ago because if you Google chickpea stew and coconut, this is the only thing that comes up, but it comes up on, like, a hundred different food blogs. And whether it's healthy or not depends on your opinion of coconut milk, which I know is full of saturated fat. But this is not something you're going to eat every meal
