A Must-Do Before Bedtime: How to End Your Day in Peace & Joy

article image placeholderUploaded by @MarleyMusarra
So basically, if you do this exercise every single evening before bedtime, you studies have shown that the experimental group versus the control group shows way more optimism in life, way more happiness, way more pro social behavior. They're rated as others by happier and more pro social. And they even have less like physical symptoms such as aches and pains and cold symptoms and even acne symptoms, which I thought was super interesting. They're also known to sleep more and exercise more. So many amazing benefits

Hey, Marley. You know, I'm just popping out of my house in a second. I went and checked. Swell, because I got some notifications, and it's been actually a really beautiful dancewell today. And I got this and I was thinking myself, the offering here is about simplicity and about accessibility of certain rituals. They're just so life giving

I think it's funny to me that I had my brother do it because I knew it was good for him, but with myself, I don't do it. She's kind of hypocritical. But I think this is a good reminder that it's so simple, it's so easy, which is why sometimes it feels weird to do that's. What I have to do to be able to see more positives, to kind of end the day on a good note, on a note of gratitude

It's like voice recordings of three things to each other that we're grateful for or three things that we want to work on. But yeah, it just made me think of that. But thanks you so much for sharing this

Hey, Sebastian. Excuse that I've lost my voice a bit, but I'm glad that you appreciated this. I have a ton of little daily exercises and rituals and routines that I use, but I'll kind of just share over over time. So I'm happy to tag you when I do post them. And other than that, I hope you've been enjoying this one. See you. Bye

So sometimes it's doing a voice memo to my partner if we are in different states at the time or sharing with each other and whatever it is, I think to just bring some attention to the good that happened in the day and the good that your life is full of, the more often we can bring our attention to gratitude, the better, in my opinion. I love that you do that. And I like the voice memo idea. Thank you
