What is conditioning and and why is it the key to getting in great shape?

So I'd love to hear your thoughts on that. Let me know what you think. I think you'd be really surprised to actually delve into what conditioning really is and if people really got a good grasp on conditioning or as a trainer, if I'm able to really get access to people and help them. Become more conditioned for whatever it is they want to do. I think you'd be surprised at what really goes into it and the results one can achieve

Hey, Mark. Happy New Year. I don't use the word conditioning, and I'm curious to see what other people think it is. And I love the brevity of your question. It just really popped into my feed. And I wanted to say my obsession these days is that holistic experience of strength and respiratory health. And I'm doing a class twice a week that's about resistance training. So it's about using weights to keep my bones strong

And that's dealing with stress, meditation and then regeneration, massage, meditation. So if you can make sure everybody's got this balance and it's all correct so that the training is just the right amount, you've got recovery sessions, you're building the sessions at the right time. They've got enough strength work, you've got enough cardiovascular work, and they're getting the regeneration in as well, and they're looking after themselves and they're sleeping well. That's conditioning

Or if you're just doing one thing, maybe just eating healthily, but you're not training, you're not sleeping great, maybe you're stressed, you can see if you're just doing one thing, you leave everything else out, it's not going to have the same effect. So, yeah, that's conditioning for you. And let me know what you think

Your class sounds good and the fact that you are working up a sweat and doing some stuff, I'm sure you've got some sort of conditioning going on there. It would be great, like I said, to get a heart rate on you and see where you are. But if it's consistent, then it would work
