Don’t Lose Heart

article image placeholderUploaded by @Markrfitness
Let your training go out the window and let your mindset go out the window. Because what will happen is you'll end up down the road thinking, oh my God, I've let myself go and you have to start again. There's always something you can do if it's not training, if you can't strength training, you can't do your conditioning and your cardio. You can look at your diet, you can make sure you're eating well. So don't let everything go

Hey Mark, thanks so much for this. Well, I think it's really great to hear motivational fitness people speak about what we are capable of doing versus forcing ourselves to do something that we might not be capable of. Sounds like you've had a little bit of a rough couple of weeks and sounds like those three things will be in your past, hopefully, and you'll move forward. They do say that bad things come in threes, apparently

There are certain things we couldn't go to the gym or we couldn't go out even so we've had to sort of make it work. And that's always the way. Whether you're training an athlete or whether you are an athlete, I think you just got to make the best of it. But the important thing is my point was not to just let yourself go and things go. I can't do this, so I won't do it
