Having problems sleeping?

Hey, How's it going, everyone happy Easter. I hope you're having a nice Good Friday. Nice and relaxing. Would love to join but can’t 😔

I took a course in happiness and one of the keys to happiness is actually sleep and I've actually tried it. I've done it. I've kept a record and oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how amazing it is and how much. Yes, true happiness. It brings it's crazy, but good luck with your clubhouse room and I will catch you later

Hey, Shanas, How's it going? Oh, that's cool. You know, I just. I thought I'd put it out there. Let's see who, you know, somebody might want to join and come and join us. It's good Friday, so I'm guessing a lot of people are going to be busy, so I wasn't sure if to have it on this day, but yeah, we were going to go for it anyway

But you mentioned that you had a podcast about sleeping and I would listen to the podcast unless it's only for Apple users. I don't think you can discriminate to that extent yet or ever. So I would be interested to see the link to your podcast or I can go find you. I'm sure I can find you somehow. I'm a good stalker. I choose to be, but yeah, just want to say Hi and I sleep quite well

I'm trying to adjust because it's not enough. Last night I felt ill. I think I had food poisoning or something in the middle of the night, so I got broken sleep. I feel good. And then I've had a long day today and it hasn't finished yet. So I'm going to chill right now, but I will send the link here now. I've just had a conversation with a client. Most people have said they liked my podcast

And I thought of you because how much time do I have left time? I thought of you, Mark fitness because I found your twin in New York. It's not interesting, literally. You even look similar. And you both have the same personality like this. Very ebbient, light, charming, engaging talkative, just very charismatic personality. Not very. But you're both outgoing, interesting people. And it's a guy, so I'm not playing matchmaker
