Stinkn’ Thinkn’

article image placeholderUploaded by @markjohn
It's. Have you ever thought about stinkn thinkn'? Do you go through that on a daily event? Do you have those moments where out of the blue you start getting negative and it's thinking, thinking you want to quit something or you want to leave something or you want to throw something away. And then the more you think about it, you sit there and you say, wait a minute. Maybe I should give it a little more time. Maybe I should go another week

Yeah, I would say it's maybe less of a daily occurrence now. It used to be definitely maybe a few years ago. But every every now and again I'll get stuck in this kind of mode of negative thinking or just frustrated or like negative self talk. It's very hard to kind of click out of it. I don't know. I'd love to learn eventually

If you get to listen to about tune in, tune out and tune in. And that's kind of my stinkn thinkn'. Thing is, it helps with stinking thinking and I didn't even relate to that on that podcast that I just put swellcast that I just posted. But stinkn thinkn' is one of those things that just sticks with you and you have to figure a way to get out of it. And tuning out works
