Since there wouldn't be a demons layer to keep demons away from humans, Muzan would probably develop human farms for food to make sure that the human population doesn't run out. So demons can keep eating humans. Sounds disgusting, right? Also, this manga doesn't cover how much of the world is populated with demons, so Moozan might expand his control beyond Japan.
