Mind Nourishing Affirmations

The best way to start your day is to speak affirmations, loud and clear, so that you set the pace for the day. So today I would talk about how you can train your mind to respond to situations and not react impulsively. So you start by saying that I choose my thoughts wisely. I choose my words wisely. I'm not tempted to react impulsively. Possibly I screen my thoughts and see if they can be any better

Rather, if we actually take a step back, breathe in and breathe out a little, and just straighten our perspective before diving deep into it or before react to a certain situation, it definitely helps. So, yeah. Thank you so much for this gentle reminder. Bye
