Why taking a break is important?

And if you don't want to do that, go outside and take a five minute walk. So this will actually refresh your mind and you'll be able to understand concepts more easily. So I'll just advise you guys to try this and it would really help instead of studying continuously for three, 4 hours. First of all, again, try to make some plans. Like you can make plans. Okay

Hey, I agree that break is really, really super important. So I plan my time to be, like, in a way that I get ample breaks. And in those breaks, I'm in a sitting idle. I'm trying to do something like, I take a break to take a bath, to have lunch or listen to music or do something like that. So breaks are really important

@Manalika

So during my preparation, I sleep for 2 hours. For major exams, I don't even sleep at all. And then after coming back, I sleep for the whole day and I think it really wastes my time, wastes the whole day. Secondly, I don't eat nutritious food at all. And yes, it has affected me and many of my exams, but I didn't realize that it could be another factor of me not able to disclose it myself. Thirdly, what was it?
