The Dal and the rice has so much taste into it as compared to whatever you eat right now. Because I think the food, like the Darw rice that we get in Delhi or like other Metropolitan cities, are not up to that particular Mark. It's kind of refined, it's processed. You don't get that particular taste unless and until you add a lot of spice. But in Asam, the Das and Chavez is just enough for your appetite. You'll feel so happy after eating it

Hi So being in North Indian, my ultimate comfort food would definitely be paranhas. And like, even when we eat outside for a long time, when we go on trips every day from breakfast to dinner, we eat food from outside. But when you return home and your mom or your dad cooks food at home, it's really comforting. And paranoia are just that. For me

Yes, exactly. I mean, you can eat all the food you can find at a restaurant, at a hotel or like at the cafe. But that real comfort food will definitely find it at your home and nowhere else. Right? That's so true
