Runners?

Hello, everyone. I have recently been trying to get back into running. I've never been like a huge, huge runner, but kind of in the early stages of quarantine. I used to run a good amount, so I've been running like, just a little bit before school in the morning and it's been actually really nice

And if you turn up the beats per minute, certain trance, maybe not trance is a good example, but electronic or something like that, the beats per minute increases, maybe like, 100 or 120 beats per minute, which makes your heart go faster, which makes you pump more oxygen, which makes you feel more invigorated. And so runners use this a lot. And so they'll say, oh, I want this kind of fast spade

Heart rate monitor and warm up period

Malika along those same lines that Stanley was mentioning. I wear a heart rate monitor whenever I run and I like to see where I'm at and I can really kind of tell whether my body is stressed from other outside things. Sometimes it's just really an inflated or tough to get down. And then I know to take it easy that day and not necessarily run as hard as I would otherwise
