What is relaxing but also beneficial?

Obviously, I won't intentionally hurt myself while I'm stretching, but I'm pushing myself to go deeper and deeper into a stretch is more helpful than kind of just giving up right when it starts to burn. So let me know something that is relaxing to you, but also kind of benefits you in a healthy way. So that could be like baking because you get new recipes, or you can share those recipes with family and stuff like that or going for walks or gardening, whatever that may be
