And it's not all people that are fit and slim. I want everybody to know that they could be active and do all modes of exercise, no matter how big or deconditioned they are. I want people to look at the instructors I hire from my show and think, if she can do it, I can do it. I want to touch lives all over the world with real life stories of people exercising, getting in shape and staying healthy, all while having fun, networking, enjoying life
