If you're eating healthy can, to some extent, control your stress. And maybe even eating healthy can even keep your mood uplifted again to an extent because, of course, at the end of the day, your mental health depends mostly on the situations you're dealing with in life. So I would say mental and physical health are very much codependent, are very much intermingled with each other
