Well, depression is a word often misused. So is anxiety. I don't mean that in a bad sense. I figured out that through the years that I've lived, I've seen a lot of people people saying, oh, I'm so depressed and I'm so depressed. It's like you're making yourself believe that you're depressed, whereas you're actually not
