Help how do you fall asleep

Hi. Hello. How do you. How do you sleep? Like I have a dentist appointment in 5 hours. How do you. How do you sleep? And like I said, alarms from myself, but I guarantee you I will sleep through them. I don't know how helpful

Deep breaths and ice packs

So the two things that help me fall asleep in a situation like that one is either I'll use an app to do guided breathing or just do it myself where I take huge deep breaths in and out for 30 seconds to a minute, and you're just trying to trick the body into thinking that it's actually sleeping through these huge deep breaths that just kind of calms you down and just gets kind of the apprehension out of your body

I think the majority of us have sleep, have slept in our boxes or briefs, and some would find that more comfortable. Some better. Some find it more better. Some find it even better to sleep in pajamas, I guess, because it's a little bit more comfier and softer. But I sleep in a dark room. I turn off all the lights
