It's in fact very transient in nature and it's just the time when you sleep you can't wait to wake up and get back to it and it energizes you, it does not drain you out. And so that would be my two cent on being a workaholic. If you are stressed though, there are multiple ways to reduce the stress in which case you probably have to be a little more left brained than right brained

Second of all, procrastination is also one of the reasons that I feel creates pressure and makes you tired because after you procrastinate you waste some time and then you just do something on before just the deadline, then that just makes even more harder to do and the results are not that great. I mean, for that reason, other than that, I loved listening to your reply. It was so informative, I hope for the listeners as well
