"What is Me Time?"

article image placeholderUploaded by @LuzuDayum
It's not going to work for you. It's not going to be there for you. So basically, what you have to do for the me time thing is just do things alone sometimes. Give your own self time. Pamper your own self. Spend some good amount of money sometimes on your own self about your carrying your own self. Okay, I'm not saying that just be a lavish brad and spend all of your money

Yeah, me time is really very important because whether we believe it or not, our body and mind are connected and for our mind and body to function optimally, they need to be in sync when they aren't human. Notice changes in both, such as stress intensity, may manifest themselves in your body as eggs and pains like stomach cramping, back or neck eggs, or even migraines. And the same principle applies reversed

Thank you, Miss Suha, for keeping such amazing points. First of all, I would like to say wow to whatever points you have care, because they're totally amazing and especially helpful for, you know, mental health and physical healing of a human being. And that's very important. And it's a vital part of the meeting. So thank you for sharing your views and keep on sharing it. Keep on having a conversation with me and love to talk with you
