And I also didn't want to wear heels while I was pregnant because I didn't want to accidentally trip on the carpet and fall and hurt a little baby rolling. So I'm Super excited to put my heels back on on Saturday and see where I'm at. If any of you have gone through a similar type of change, maybe not pregnancy, but a change in your life that has prevented you from doing something you love for a little while and then you got back into it

Getting back in shape after having a baby is tough having so little time and energy, and you’re relearning how your body moves.

Hey, Lauren, Tim here. I'm really glad you're getting back to doing dancing, something you love and building back your strength and learning to adjust. I'll share this with you. Last June, I injured my shoulder and and developed a pretty severe case of frozen shoulder. My entire left shoulder capsule seized up and I was down to about 10% mobility with my left shoulder socket. And there was a lot of pain and it kept me from doing yoga. With physical therapy
