Two Card Spread

article image placeholderUploaded by @Londonreads
You have to forgive yourself to live. You have to forgive them to live. And on top of that, when you hold it on to something, when you hold it onto a grudge, it could potentially make you sick as well. You're wondering, why do I have a migraine all the time? Why is my cycle, why is my body not operating normally like how we used to? It's because there's some unforgiveness within you. You have to forgive to live less

Such an important message. And also to not dwell on the things that you didn't do or didn't say, because that's just living in the past, not living in the price. So yeah, very helpful reminder. Thank you

And then the other trick, once a year, sometimes I do it on Passover when we kind of celebrate leaving slavery and going towards freedom, writing things down that enslave you, including resentment and the ability to not forgive somebody and forgiving them, or writing that stuff down and then burning it and then feeling that incredible release. These are all things that are kind of so traditional, so ancient, and they really help what London Reed was talking about, really help you release self

I've kind of talked about it in similar aspects on my swell, but I don't know, I think every day it's a work in progress with me, forgiving myself and those around me. It's definitely not always easy, but it's very worth it in the end. So, yeah. Thank you so much for this message. It's think you channeled it through beautifully. So thank you. Bye

So, yeah, it's like this concrete lock on your heart, like, just totally sinking all of you down. And then when you forgive, it's not for the person that done you wrong. It's for yourself. When you forgive, it's for you to let go of all the torments, of all the hurt. It's a way for you to move on. I forgive you and let me move on with my life, and then life is great afterwards
