Step up to the plate

I think we limit ourselves and we hide from opportunities, even if it's a trauma or a trigger. It's an opportunity to grow and navigate and come out of those traumas and triggers and do something different. Not a person who's free from trauma, who's free from triggers

I have to do it because it's an important part of growing, and I grow a lot with myself and in my own company. But it's important to, I think, involve yourself in the world, and there is so much to learn and so many people to learn from. And I don't know, you don't want to get rid of those or you don't want to deprive yourself of those opportunities either, no matter how safe you feel in the introverts. Palace

@r.o

For some reason, I think in my mind about existing in this post apocalyptic world or a world that looks like the Walking Dead scenario, and I imagine myself like, d***, can I survive if I'm an introvert? No, you can't. It's an extreme situation that will cause you to find community in a more out loud way, in a bolder way, in a way that causes you to have to ask someone out of your safe circle. Help.
