A Tree Falls

article image placeholderUploaded by @Loloflow
A tree falls. If a tree falls and it rocks the very ground you walk on, causing earthquakes in your soma city and if it breaks all your precious plates into disparate pieces that will never be together again, you, despite how much you love Kim Sugi, it doesn't matter who else heard it. You did. You listened to its death march and knew what it meant

You. I really enjoyed this narrative. I don't know you're a poet, but it really, really spoke to me. That the death march portion of it, where we've all heard that saying if a tree falls in the forest and there's no one there to hear it doesn't make a sound

Hey, Brian, I really like your interpretation. And, you know, the essence of what the poem is, is that death is ultimately an avenue into something new, right? So that can take many worms. And I don't know if you recognize this, but this poem was somewhat birthed out of your post that I responded to yesterday. It got my wheels turning, so I just wanted to let you know and thank you for the prompt

And they said, what would you do? I said, Honestly, you would find me underneath a tree with a book pad of paper. Maybe find me in a coffee shop again with a book and a pad of paper. I'd still create I would still develop life products about life. Like I'm currently I have a WordPress website. It's just Briankethforman.com, but I'm doing my first piece on here probably well over a year

You? Well, I am always happy to accompany anyone into their wild spaces. There's such fertile ground there. And as far as other people trying to dictate what's best for you, they don't. They can't gatekeep your soul. Only you know what's right for you, and it sounds like you do. So kudos to you for pursuing that

And I just thank you so much for sharing this. This was beautiful. The way you express, the way you read again the intonation of your voice, the softness, the gentleness, but the firmness with the reality of your essence and your points. And I just want to thank you, Becky
