Genesis

article image placeholderUploaded by @Loloflow
Genesis you have made meek and somehow so strong. When I see clearly, I am immersed in the knowing that all these tears I cry are merely drops added to love's. Overflowing Ocean, the never ending source where all return. I walk in over my head to drown. It is the beginning

It. Hi, Laura. This is so lovely, the water imagery and the being swallowed up by it. But it also being kind of a birth, I suppose. Genesis being that calling into being, perhaps. I think I read through some of the hashtags you mentioned. Like, guess I'm quite interested in water symbols. My son's a water symbol and I'm not quite interested in that fluidity

It's. So I'm a big astrology nerd if you ever want to talk more about the signs. But, yeah, this piece is about, for me, on one level, kind of willingly creating an ego death, I guess you could say. Not that the ego fully ever dies, but making choices out of free will to die to parts of ourselves that are not necessarily for the greatest good

I just love that concept. I love the spirituality in this piece. It's just absolutely beautiful. So beautiful. And you are one of my favorite poets on Swell. I just want you to know that you are one of my favorite voices here because I feel like we have this spiritually connective tie in the way that we see life. And you resonate with me so much. So I just want you to know you definitely have a soul sister

Hello, my beautiful, beautiful soul sister. Your comment was beyond appreciated and I feel the exact same way about you. We connect on multiple levels, not the least of which is the spiritual. And so unbelievably grateful to be finding soul family. You and I have talked a little bit about feeling isolated in the past and I know, like me, you've been doing a lot of shadow work and healing. And I think we're reaping the rewards by we've been able to integrate a lot

You're. Hi, lolo, this is Stephen. I just wanted to comment on this one. Happy Sunday. It's a beautiful day here where I am in Georgia. I've been enjoying many of the posts for Poetry Month. I like following yours. I because you kind of explore a little bit beyond the rational you use. Poetry maybe primal is the right word
