Need some inspiration for your poetry? Providing some prompts to peruse 💫
You. Howdy swell family just have provided. Here some prompts for the first seven days of April, just in case you needed a little something to get your creative juices flowing. Feel free to change it up or whatever. It's just to get things moving. If they're not, let me know. If you do post anything based on these, I would love to read it. I'm going to try to follow these, but I may go completely rogue, which I tend to do
But after getting on swell, a couple of the poets here that I really, really love and I'm friends with here have done a lot of beautiful work with poetry prompts, and so it inspired me to start kind of checking out poetry prompts and seeing what would come out of it if I actually used them and tried writing from a prompt

And I don't know if you want more fodder for that pink moon prompt, but it is the full moon on that day. You don't have to do it on the fifth. Of course, this is all super flexible, but April 5 is our full moon, and it's a libra moon, so I don't know if you want to play on those things as well. I just thought I'd throw it out there and yeah, I'm excited to hear what you come up with
Hey there. I have already started the piece and I'm really liking where it's going so far, but I have not finished it. And you are 100% correct. The fifth is the full moon and it is in Libra
You. Hey, Laura, thank you so much for posting these prompts for April. I have been inspired by you, definitely, and a lot of the poets here on Swell to try my hand at doing some poetry this month and trying to focus on that. I'm taking a workshop that's actually tonight and I'm hoping to get get those juices flowing. And yeah, I really appreciate hearing all the poetry. I'm trying to catch up away for a little while

It's. Hey, Jacqueline, that would be super cool if we had a little poetry love fest at the end of all this. Whether it's my prompts or not, I'm always down for that. And I'm looking forward to hearing your poems when you get a chance. Thanks so much for looking it over and replying. And we are real virtual friends. How about that?
