My health journey part 2

My sister also has the same bone disease, so we both have hearing loss and we both have brittle bones. It's actually for sure. You can also call it brittle bone disease. And my sister was 18 months and I was five months because back when I was born in 2001, the hearing tests were not as good or done as often as they were back as they are today

Part 3 I posted it on the wrong thing sorry

I'm going to talk about that for a second. My mental. I've always been this. I've had episodes of like I'm depressed. I'm sad. I'm mad, whatever. I've had those tiny episodes, but I've never had as much mental as I have during coveted. I don't even have friends in College, but just getting out and going to my College campus makes it worth it to me, and I cannot go to College campus until next fall

So I'm glad you found Swell, because I think it can be a great outlet for some of the issues you're facing. And I had some questions if you really don't mind just around Oi in general, I know that there are some bone strengthening drugs like biosphosphates, but my knowledge of them is that that's only biosphosphates are just a temporary fix, and they really don't do any long term effects on the bone

Answer to questions

And if I had before puberty and after menopause, especially for women, after menopause is when your bones are the weakest, because before puberty your bones are still growing. And after menopause, your bones like your bone density decreases. And you also mentioned calcium. Calcium. I can take it, but it won't do nothing for me. It might help my bones give me extra calcium to be extra strong. I don't know, but collagen is what I'm lacking, so I can take collagen
