Maybe it's just boring to the hard year for TV since productions were interrupted, or we just weren't as much in the mood for TV. Or maybe the fact that a person of color hasn't won even halfway through it, the red carpet wasn't any better. There seemed like less a list participants. Plus the fashion seemed to have as well. I usually like this part of the Emmys, but it bored me, too
