So I thought I would come out here and start as well where anxious people can describe their anxiety if they're open to it because I think there's a lot of people who hear the word anxiety and they don't really know what it means and it can confuse them, and that's entirely understandable, because when you don't experience something first hand, it's hard to empathize with it and understand it. I also think it's important to have regular conversations about mental health and normalize

Anxiety can be treated by self diagnoses

I'm sure I have so much of time, lot of time to do all these things, but I'm not sure why it's keep on irritating me in my mind. And totally it's been kind of irritating to me. And also I have been working on shift and I could see I have no time to take rest, so I hope that's why I have faced these kind of anxiety problems

There's, like, this tool that I've been suggested that's, like, name five things in a room, then four things that you can hear, and three things that you can smell and all that that focus on the outside world really worsens. It for me. So what I find helps me is focusing on my breathing because I forget to do it. I'm so hyper aware of everything else around me. If I have someone with me, I find that holding them in some way
