Aiming something Big ?? Some of the essentials from personal experience!
So there may be circumstances when being a startup, people may start moving away from you or you may end up with some of your employee copying your idea and starting your own business. So if you're someone who is going to get depressed with all such things, then it's going to be really complicated. For you to continue it further, you have to understand that this is how the world is framed. This is how the bigger challenges comes when you have your eyes on bigger aims

So what I mean to say is it's always good to startups as soon as possible secondly, one of the other key aspect of running a successful business is you have to be really good with numbers I have seen people who are really good with their marketing skills and other skills. They're really good as a leader and nurturing the team further, but have failed badly on the finance side. So you have to be really very much keen in developing your interest
