How are they going to deal with?

Intention precedes attention and action

And so being clear about your intention, in other words, what's the experience you're wanting to create in making this change? Right. Crucial. If you know what you want more of right. You can also look at what you want less of and then that will give you forward movement. So again, it comes down to this part of it is the Moreover, what do you want? What's the result or outcome that you want more of something or less of something?
