Rain today

article image placeholderUploaded by @LifeOrigami
But sure, they say there could be of average rain because there's also unfortunately, because of the cool weather in the spring, the ice and snow off the mountains hasn't disappeared, hasn't melted yet. So there could be a rush of water. We'll see what happens. We're pretty safe where we are. I'm happy about that and just curious, what are you doing to keep yourself busy this summer

I'm so happy you're out and about or about, as you say, up there. And it's so ironic. Not ironic. That's not the right word. The contrast of floods and drought to me just drives me crazy how the world can be so different. And I wish we could just take your floods and bring them over to Los Angeles. Not that I want a flood, but we're desperate for water

@DBPardes the contrast between drought and floods is remarkable

Lots to learn, lots of opportunity. And it's really good to be out. It's really good for our mental health to be out and about, though. We're desperately trying to keep ourselves safe. Both my wife and I have some surgeries upcoming. And so we just can't stop living, have to live and do it safely. It's just such a conundrum. Anyway, it's good to hear your voice
