It has much to teach you if you're open minded. I've always said that operating a business is the greatest personal and professional development program in the world because it is going to challenge every assumption you've ever made. It's going to cause you to have to develop new strengths and new abilities and it's going to cause you to question your sanity from time to time just because of the amount of stress, tension and fatigue that you may be facing
