And then you are left broken and then you are wandering in the streets in the alleys of your mind and then you are quietly crying in this dark room that you have created in your head wondering how could you even ask for help when you don't even see past your own barriers of fake smiles and fake being you? How it's really difficult to ask for help. It's really brave to ask for help but it's even much more brave than to be some help to yourself

A lot of things are going to change at the moment you're not even aware about. So life is totally uncertain. But we can't just neglect the risk part or neglect the uncertainty. But there are certain things in our control, like staying positive, staying kind to someone. Always see the bright side. I know sunlight, but believe me, grow. So these are the things that are in our control so that we can work on this side
You know, out of everyone I missed myself the most out of everyone I lost I missed myself the most I think you knew how much you meant to me and that is where it all started to go wrong I don't regret you but sometimes I wish I had walked away at the start and left things at hello and it's fine now that so many people we want in our life to stay forever but I know this oh, God, yeah it was really great listening to you

I can truly sense that because the amount of saying that the thought process, I can truly sense that. And you should be proud of it. I know. I know. Trauma develops this. It's sad as well. But no denying that to use that trauma and to use it for your own benefit and to grow that you have done. Msuha. And I'm really proud of you for that. So it's downright amazing. So, yeah, that was it for me
