And I have adopted the term because of my work with primarily survivors of domestic violence, but just all women and men who are on the journey of moving past blocks and setting healthy boundaries and leading full, confident, authentic lives. And I generally post throughout the week, but I post every Tuesday, a talk to Me Tuesday, and I focus on different ideologies, and it's just really interesting hearing people's take on different topics that are posted. Hi. Welcome to swell. Look forward to hearing your writings or your readings. I always feel like it's story time. Kindergarten. When you're sitting around the classroom in a circle and the teacher is is telling a story, it just sparks creativity. To me, it's better than television because you're actually creating those moments in real time, and they will last for a lifetime.
