So I really wanted to start talking about how art and creating art and being able to share my art now and in the future is helping me to uncover bits and pieces of myself that were lost during trauma and then being able to help others find their power or take their power back. Through discovering their voice and through discovering who they are, through the vibration of who they are. And that would be through art

You. Hi. It's Renee Slay. I love that you posted this. I think it is an amazing tool for anyone that has been hushed to silence. Sometimes that trauma even follows them into adulthood. And an outlet for processing, for getting it out, for me at least, started in poetry and has evolved into too many projects, to be honest. Like, too much, all different kinds. But I love the expression of it and what comes out of it
