Recording my first podcast yesterday, I found a new love for vegan food. I tried a couple of exotic vegan dishes from a restaurant called Sante. It's located in January, Bangalore. The first dish was the mixed vegetable soup. I used to think vegetable soup means it's going to to be sweet because of carrots and beetroots. To the contradictory, this one was mind blowing. So, yes, I think after listening to yes, well, I'll definitely go and check out a vegan restaurant myself because I know quite a few I'm from Kolkata and I know quite a few restaurants, vegan restaurants, which are situated nearby. And I haven't, as I said, yet given a shot at a vegan restaurant. But, yes, after listening to this, I think I definitely will. So thank you for this review slash recommendation

It's always nice to hear such good, such sweet words about Kolkata. Yeah. Food is indeed an emotion here because the Bengali cuisine has a vast, vast range. So yeah, absolutely agree with that. Indeed. Food for soul
