But having that much planning ahead of me and giving all the work to the students at that time, it shows them a level of structure that many of them don't have, and it makes them feel really comfortable. And transparency is like a gift. If you can work with somebody that's super transparent and super productive and super like, just what you see is what you get. Your level of success within with them is higher, and then your level of success with yourself is higher

Do you have any tips for how to tackle that? I know it's probably, like very case by case basis, but if you have anything at all that you think could be a good way to, I don't know, really turn the heat up and make that first leap, I would love to hear any advice
Just anything that can be done ahead of time. Just get it done. So this way you have less work in the future, and this way you can focus on those harder tasks, you know?
