I think that's a perfect way to kick off July. It's like I'm actually really excited for July. We go back to school in August, kind of early mid August, but I'm excited for July because it's it's the first full month we have a summer. And I think seeing a chicken on the lease is the perfect way to just move into a wonderful summer. And that's so exciting
