How do you start your morning?

article image placeholderUploaded by @lala
Good morning, y'all. So how do you start out your morning routine? Everyone has a routine that gets them ready for the day. Whether it be coffee, whether it be most motivational videos in the morning, yoga, lifting weights, whatever it is. Or are you even a morning person? Do you dread the commute to work? Are you working remotely and dreading your meetings in the morning? Every morning I get up and I make myself breakfast. Today was, of course, peach oatmeal

That's my morning day and how it starts. Okay, that's my morning day. No breakfast unless my kids over on the weekend. But until then, no coffee or Red Bull will ever be in my system. Thank you very much

And then the birds start moving around and like all this activity starts to happen around you. And I'm like, man, if I would have went to sleep, I would have missed this. I would have missed the fact that we are very spoiled. I believe that we just go and drive up to Starbucks and they make us our coffee. We just drive up to McDonald's and they make us our breakfast or lunch

Okay. What I was going to say is there is a lot of literature and information out there about the importance and value on having a morning, evening and bedtime routine. Many successful people have an established morning, evening and bedtime routine because it allows and creates for much more productivity within your day and much more intentionality within your day

Way to go, pride Oreo I think I should start my morning out by singing that made my day. I'm now saving your audio, and I'll listen to it every morning

And I know the easy thing is to go to bed earlier, but my brain just doesn't shut off and I'm busy with, like, if I finish this last thing for work or I study one more chapter or whatever it may be that I'm doing in the morning, I mean, at night, then that correlates with how early I get up. And my goal this year is to actually start getting up earlier and do my workouts in the morning instead of at night and things like that

Okay. I heard you. I heard you say I suck at getting up in the morning. And I heard you say, my mindset is that I want to do it. I just can't, you know, can't do it. Because you're so out active in the evening, I'm going to leave you. It's going to be a short audio. You don't suck. You presently struggle with. Think of it that way

Now my morning is definitely filled with making sure the kids are ready for school, making them breakfast, making my self breakfast, working out, working, got to work right, somebody's got to pay the bills and going from there. And I feel like it's very much so a rat race. And so there's some little things that I am doing just in the last couple of months that's changed

And even if you don't get it right from day one, and instead of 07:00 A.m., I'm up at 630. Like, that's still improvement. And you're absolutely right. I got to get out of my head of bread. It got to keep moving forward and got to keep trying. And so enjoy your day. I'm going to go to work, but I look forward to talking to you soon. Bye
