Am I is naturally attracted to cures and conflicts. So we just need to learn how to get a grip of it and get a hold of it. That's why being calm is really important. We have a monkey mind. It keeps jumping around and living in the present and having fun. But life doesn't go on in prison. I mean, we have a whole life but we can summarize it in the one moment

Yes, actually it's true that our mind easily attracts cures and painful things easily negative vibes. But what we have to do, we have to control ourselves that will change your life, that will make grip of your life. Basically, if something has happened, you are lost, you're feeling low so what you have to do, you have to get up and you start doing your work like routine follow he cares and that will change your life

Hi Khushi. You are right. Well, when we are really low, I think the self disclaimer is the key. And you know, when we are low, we tend to overthink things too much. Like we get into the most negative things that we can do. And it happened to us, but that's not true always. So bringing positivity back to our lives is kind of difficult. It becomes difficult when it's when we are only on our own
