It doesn't do good for your health, to hate people for the rest of your life. But again, that forgiveness is very powerful and it can hurt my kid's mom. It took a while for me to forgive her for the stuff she put me through, and at times, honestly, I don't know if I'm really ready to fully forgive her for other things. It was a whirlwind of emotions, turmoil that I had to go through

And I had no one here of my family, of really close friends to help me get through it. By the Grace of God. People came in and stepped in and helped out and did what they could to help me. But it was such a wake up call and to trust someone because they're your husband and thinking that they're going to always protect you, even if you're not together again. And for them to try to literally take you down

Hey, there's no time better to drop into this idea of forgiveness than the end of the year. I love this conversation. Thank you so much, both of you, for having such an intimate connection around this us. It's so vulnerable and so important that we discuss sort of things that feel truly uncomfortable when people misunderstand why we make the choices we make. And it's important to speak to that truth. But this is just my thinking because I think forgiveness is a very rich concept and not all can actually always afford to forgive. Forgiveness is definitely a self healing, like putting your peace before everything else. But also, I feel that Karma is definitely Karma is something that definitely exists

And there's nothing wrong with the way you feel. You do what's right for you. But you will find that that anger and that rage will eat you alive. And it will do nothing for the other person. Thank you
