Dealing with resentment

article image placeholderUploaded by @LadyO
We have in some way played a role in everything that's happened. My husband and I would still be together. There were some parts in that divorce that I played a role in. I was no longer the woman that he was married to. I became something totally different. Once I had my children, I have to own that. In my mind, being a mom was the most important thing. So that's all I gave my attention to where I kind of forgot about him

Don't let the chains of resentment hold you down. Here are some ways to deal with the emotion to help you move your life forward.

@LadyO The keys! Love this!

So you did do something. And again, it's not about guilt or blame, but participation, because participation is a choice. So I think that that can be very healing. That last part just really leaning into that. And just like you said, are you brave enough to get rid of yourself? I am. Thank you so much for this post. I appreciate you looking forward to hear more of your voice on the twelve verse

Wise word @LadyO

You know, of course, there's more to the story as it is with any other story. And it's just a good process to kind of do the inner work. So I can appreciate this as well for that cool

Hello. Hello. Nice to meet your acquaintance, lady. I see that your post, for some reason are like, very much so out of order on my phone. But I like that I found this one first because it's really important to kind of like PK mentioned, know your part and understand what sort of role you played in the cultivation of this resentment. And yeah, it's really good post
