Tips for sleeping?

Hey, guys. I lately have had kind of a difficult time sleeping, and I was wondering if you guys have any tips or, like, natural remedies to kind of help sleeping. You know, I've seen, like, the I think you boil lettuce and, like, the drink the water of it that's supposed to help you or, like, taking melatonin. I'm kind of honestly scared to do that because I've heard people have some crazy dreams when taking melatonin

Do you have any natural sleep remedies?

What is it? Lavender, I think it is some lime and lemon and do a pinch of salt and let it cool down and drink it when you are feeling like you want to go to sleep soon and that usually helps I don't know, but I've done it quite a few times and it really works fine for me though. But it's up to you. If you really want to try it. You have a few options, but stay away from the pills

Hey Carlie, here I am again. I think if you want to try something that's like you don't really have to ingest, I would do like the frequencies, it doesn't really matter which one you do. So just like the calming sounds of them all kind of get me to go to sleep. I usually do the one for positive energy or like the one for anxiety even because sometimes I don't know what you could be going through. But sometimes anxiety can keep you awake

Ice and deep breaths

Kylie. I was having trouble with this not too long ago. And a couple of things that worked for me anyways is cold compress or ice pack on the back of my neck, like right at the base of the skull. And if I just lean against that at and I'm not a back sleeper, but that really kind of knocks me out and I just don't know what it is. Some people have said the science of it is cooling the body down, getting it ready for sleep
