And you're almost able to kind of word a vomit on the paper, but no one's going to read it. So it's like a personal thing between you and the paper, and it allows you to kind of get your thoughts out there and kind of track why you have that thought process. I think that has helped me so much already. One of the things that I've been working on is self talk

So I also just started getting into journaling. Like, I never used to do it, but this past year was my first year of College, and, like, I just needed to because it's nice to just write out all your feelings and kind of understand them, and you can basically write whatever you want
