Will sails be the technology that cleans up the shipping industry?
If you've ever watched any kind of America Cup sailing race with the large catamarans and yachts, they're no longer using actual sales in terms of the traditional cloth or nylon or whatever other property they're using. They're actually putting wings on there to redirect the energy, and that's how they're hitting insane speeds and making these incredible races. If you've never checked that out, I highly recommend it

Hey, Kurt, I wanted to thank you for this link and for your swell. This is one of the things I love about swell, is you just go into a little universe of learning, and I had no idea that this technology was out there really trying to get that bunker fuel off the grid completely. It is such a dirty industry
