The toxic effects of negative self talk

Those who find themselves frequently engaging in negative self talk tend to be more stressed. Change negativity to Neutrality when engaging in negative self talk, you may be able to catch yourself, but it can sometimes be difficult to force yourself to stop a train of thoughts in its tracks. It's often far easier to change the intensity of your language. I can't stand this becomes this is challenging

Change the negative to neutral

Yeah. You have chosen the best of it. So in defense of it, you just have to start changing a negative one to the neutral one. Yeah. It's hard to stop the chain of force. And because of it, you have to start putting your rewards in front of one, at least. And yeah. Start listening then, carefully

What if we will say or overthinking, over, exaggerating that things we are keeping ourselves always negative. You have to beat that negative thought and you have to always think positive. As I said, be an optimistic person. This is the main goal for human. To be positive, think positive and act positive. Because it will bring happiness to your life. If you are having happy, nothing you need in your life. Happiness will lead you to success. That's my point. Thank you
