How can we overcome fears?

Hey guys, I hope you all are doing great. So today I was thinking about overcoming a fear like you. For in everyone life, we always fear about something. No matter how teenage or old or young we are, we always had a fear of something. Like, for me, it's about speaking in front of thousands of audience. Do let me know guys

Hi Kritika so I d*** agree with you on this point and the thing your fears is so common that like everyone had this fear I'm so thank you 1000 people wearing a bit what we should do is we should face our breath. Actually with that because of lack of experience. So according to me, experience is the best medicine to overcome the fears

And then Secondly, I should try going to these kind of enclosed spaces. It's not going to be easy. I do know that because obviously it's kind of your phobia. So it's not easy to overcome your fear in one go or like to go. It's going to be very difficult, but slowly, slowly, little by little, you should try our level best to overcome it

So I started learning both speaking and listening skills and I've overcome my state fuel second view that is I'm not good enough and I'm not ashamed to talk about it because now I feel like I'm the best. I am my favorite and I genuinely am problem because I'm not going around and telling people to like me. So if today nobody likes me am good to go with myself. I love myself enough. Since you talked about fear I would like to share one of experiences When I was in 9th class you know there were 47 students in our class that means one person had to sit alone technically so I Das the person and I raised really liked it because I was friends with two of my other friends so we were a group of three people so you know, the two were sitting together and I used to sit alone and at first it was very strange and very weird to me I was very anxious and full of fear that what others will think about me or this that but I did not care about it I let the things go on and after sometimes I realized that too people doesn't matter they talk whatever they talk about ourselves are going to give me anywhere it doesn't matter really in the long run and this incident actually helped me a lot It made me realize that even if you're alone that doesn't mean that you are lonely even if you're alone that doesn't mean that this is the end of your life Even if you're alone, that doesn't mean that you have some problem it doesn't matter anything you can be with people, you can be alone and it is absolutely good to spend some time with yourself It is absolutely good not to show to others that you are with someone I have seen so many people, so many friends that just spend time with others to show others that they have people around them they talk to people they are not alone this is ridiculous So that's what my incident taught me and that's how I overcame my fear and the best way to overcome your fear is to actually face it because when you find yourself in uncomfortable situation this means that you are going to the right way but when you are facing comfortable situations in a day when you do not face any problem that means you are going in the wrong way but when in a Das you feel something uncomfortable happening to you that means this is the right direction because that's how we judge things and I think this will definitely help so many people So thanks for this lovely topic

I believe fear is something which forces an individual to step back from their goals. So rather than fearing your fear, try to face it. Because the day you start tackling your fear, then that day you go towards the first step of your surface. So go for it

I believe that you don't have to make a such big issue for fears because there are fears of many types. Someone is fear of other people gossiping. If someone is fear of if he or she will not would be able to do something in his or her life. So there are many kinds of fears. Just come over with it and take a solution and run in your life. Don't get fear. Step back in your life. Just move it on with your fears
