I'm trying to reduce my screen timing (part 1)

Hello, fellows. This is me again. This I'm I'm trying to reduce my screen timing, especially my phone timing. That is because I am a phone addict and I have been engaged in this labyrinth of social media for a very long time. I mean, since the lockdown started, you can say, since the beginning of the lockdown of this Covet crisis, I have been on my phone day at night and every day, more or less

I'm kind of addicted to this table learning. Back in the 2020 I used to watch a lot of Tara ratings each day, but then I stopped it all together. But since the past one month I'm back at it and I keep watching the series. I don't want to watch them, but still I'm watching them. I don't know why. So anyway, I'm trying to reduce it as much as possible. At least if I can reduce it one by one

Well, I appreciate your honesty. And I think that there are so many people out there, too, that are struggling with screen addiction and just going on constantly on your phone. And that's been a hard part, especially during COVID. And everybody was on their screens. So I just want to let you know that you're not alone and that there are many people out there, too, that are as well, trying to combat spending less time on their screens
