Working on your day off…yes / no?

And when you try and balance it as you grow older, you realize that there's more important things in life than money. There's more important things in life than being reliable at your employment. It's always good to be reliable because you don't have to worry about no issues with job security if you want. But your family needs you too. Maybe your friends, your spouse, significant other, whatever the case may happen to be

It has irresponsibility to it, and it has a sense of like, when can we do this? If not now, when you're at a different stage and you have more responsibilities? I think the question is answered for you because what's staring you in the face are bills and a projected sense of what's going to be expensive when my kid goes to college or something. But also I think you bring up something that is about the conversation itself with yourself

But me, I don't have kids, I'm not married, and I do have a lot of hobbies. But more importantly, this job was never supposed to be my future. I never planned to have this job as a part of my retirement. I want to get in the travel business. So of course I'm starting my travel business outside of work. So my off time is now more important to me than my time at work

And then the last organization I worked at for six years, they were sticklers about, observing the state labor law and not allowing people to work during their time off. So if you even popped in, even if it was for 30 minutes to a meeting, they work life money. We're paying you for this work day
